Original watercolor landscape painting: “Small Woodland Waterfall”

I grew up in eastern Maine, where deep forest and frigid woodland streams were all around. Some of my fondest memories were of tracing the stream that flowed through the woods by our house, and watching how the water rushed and spilled over mossy rocks in springtime. This watercolor landscape painting celebrates that cool sense of peace and the natural beauty of flowing water.

This listing is for an original unmatted and unframed watercolor painting.

Painting measures 5″ X 7″ (12.7 X 17.8 cm) to fit in a standard frame.

It is painted on 140 lb (300 g/m2), acid free, archival quality cold press watercolor paper, using high quality watercolor paints. The painting is finished with a coat of spray varnish.

This piece is signed with a monogram and year in the lower right-hand corner, and title, date and artist’s name on back.
